Company Director, Cameron Lillicrap has more than 18 years of clinical treatment experience.
As well as owning and managing treatment facilities in Brisbane, he has previously established an Occupational health facility in Tieri, Central Queensland and a large multi-disciplinary clinic at the Sleeman Sports Facility, Chandler on Brisbane 's southside. |

He currently spends most of his time providing Physiotherapy and injury management services to the Queensland 'Reds' and Australian 'Wallabies' Rugby teams. He has been National Physiotherapist for the Australian Rugby Union since 2001.
His extensive sports medicine knowledge and acute injury assessment experience has been acquired through his long involvement in elite sport both as a medical officer and a player himself.
Cameron played international Rugby as a 'Wallaby' for 9 years. His playing career included in 1984 Grand Slam and 1987 and 1991 World Cup teams. |

Catherine McDougall completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at Queensland University in 1995. She is currently studying for her Bachelor of Medicine/Surgery at the University of Qld. |
She has extensive experience in general practice work having worked in several clinics in Brisbane and its surrounds as well as in the UK .
Cath has worked at Profile since it opened in 2002.
She also works with the Bank of Queensland "Reds" as well as managing the Queensland Academy of Sports Under 19 program and is the Medical Co-ordinator and Club physio for Easts "Tigers" rugby club.
She has covered events such as the Men’s National Gymnastics Championships in Brisbane 2001, and was a volunteer physio at the Sydney Olympics 2000. |

Kristi Goodwin completed the Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Queensland in 2002. In her final year, she also completed her honours research investigating the muscle response to the slump test in hamstring strain subjects. |
She has been working at our clinic for 12 months now after having worked in other general practice clinics in Brisbane .
She is an avid sports person and is actively pursuing her experience in sports physiotherapy. She is currently completing pilates and strength & conditioning courses. |

Thomas Hillier studied at the University of South Australia, Adelaide, SA completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy in 1999. |
He has worked at a number of physiotherapy practices in South Australia , Victoria and New South Wales before moving to Brisbane where he worked at Allsports Physiotherapy before joining us at Profile in May 2003. Tom manages the Camp Hill Practice.
He has gained a wealth of experience working with teams such as Toowoomba Clydesdales Rugby League, QLD Geelong Flyers Netball Team , Corowa-Rutherglen Football Club, NSW , Ovens and Murray AFL Representative Team, NSW , the Albury Border Bandits Basketball Team, NSW and the Marble Range Football Club, SA.Tom has worked for the Queensland Rugby Union in 2004 helping prepare the Bank of Queensland Reds and Reds College teams for their 2004 seasons
Tom's extra-curricular activities include Snow skiing, AFL, Travel and looking after his new bride Sarah! |

Susan Hickey graduated from the University of Queensland in 1994 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Following graduation she worked in private practice in Redland Bay, Queensland. |
Her fields of interest include Aged Care and Paediatrics. She has also undertaken post-graduate courses in Hydrotherapy, Muscle Energy Techniques and Therapy ball-exercises prescription.
Susan’s sports background is in gymnastics and Judo as well as weight training and running. She has recently lectured at the Australian Swimming Coaches Conference on ‘Flexibility and Injury Prevention in Swimming’. Her personal interests lie in the treatment of pelvic and spinal disorders, ribs injuries and cervical headaches.
As well as her professional commitments, she is the mother of two active boys, aged 5 and 7 who are keen junior rugby union players.
Her family are beach, boating & fishing fans and love getting away to the Northern New South Coast whenever time permits. |

Beatrice Avila graduated from the University of QLD in 2003 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree. Since graduating, Beatrice has been a part of the Profile Physiotherapy team. |
She was involved with the Queensland Reds and the Reds College teams in their 2004 seasons and with various QRU representative squads.
As a student, Beatrice was the trainer for the Eastern Suburbs Soccer Club and performed sports massage for the Reds College as well as a local swimming club. Beatrice is an avid sports fan and is keen to develop her experience in the sports physiotherapy field.
Beatrice is also a trained pilates instructor and takes clients through matwork and reformer sessions for rehab and general conditioning.
She has been working at Camp Hill since April, blending knowledge from both pilates and standard physiotherapy practices to provide comprehensive treatment programs for clients.
Her hobbies include shopping, catching up with friends, keeping fit and following the footy. |

Amanda Bacon graduated as a physiotherapist from the University of Qld in 1994. She worked following graduation at the Royal Brisbane Hospital as well as several private practices in Brisbane. |
She has also previously established her own practice in a busy Medical center on the Brisbane Southside.
Amanda has gained invaluable sports physiotherapy experience working with numerous sporting teams including the senior Australian womens Hockey team . She has a special interests in treating spinal problems and sports injuries and in movement analysis. |
Matt Brown completed his Graduate Entry Masters (GEM) Physiotherapy program last year, before joining the Profile Hawthorne clinic early 2006. Before this, he finished a Health Science degree with a post grad. education qualification. He has previously worked as a secondary school teacher in Brisbane, Qld Country and Essex in the UK . He has experience as a conditioning coach for Campion Old Boys RFC and is currently involved in St Laurence’s rugby union and Easts Rugby Union.
His sporting prowess includes Cricket and Rugby played at both school and grade level.
Matt has a keen interest in sports physiotherapy and back pain. His skills are an excellent addition to the Hawthorne clinic.

Heidi Ballin joined Profile Health Services as a Senior Receptionist in January 2004. Her qualifications include a High Distinction in Office Reception management. |
After a 2 years break to enjoy motherhood with her daughter Maya-Rose, Heidi resumed employment at Profile's Camp Hill Clinic. Heidi is an extremely dedicated member of Profiles management team and her organisational skills are highly valued within the company. Her positive, easy-going personality adds a cheerful component to our Clinic atmosphere. |

Michelle Lillicrap graduated from the University of Qld with a Bachelor of Human Movement Studies in 1996. |
After several years living and teaching high school Physical Education in Toowoomba, Qld she returned to Brisbane to pursue a career in Travel. She married Profile Director, Cameron Lillicrap in 1990 and currently divides her time between her role as Administration Director of Profile Health Services and as mother to their four children, aged 12, 11, 9 and 7. |
Cheryl Jones joined Profile Health Services Camp Hill as an administrative receptionist in February 2006. She comes from a sales and marketing background and has quickly become a valued team member. Her happy, outgoing nature and cheerful smile are infectious.
She is married with three children (Mitchell 12, Darcy 9 and Paris 6) who keep her very busy.

Doug Wilson graduated with a bachelor of physiotherapy in December 2004 from the University of Queensland . |
Throughout his student years, weekends and evenings were spent assisting East’s Tigers, providing strapping and first aid coverage for games and training. Doug is the current team Physiotherapist for Easts Rugby Union Club’s Premier Grade providing treatment, rehabilitation & weekend game coverage. Doug also works at Brisbane Airport providing occupational rehabilitation services for QANTAS Staff as a member of Profile’s Occupational Health program. |
Prue McClenaughan joined Profile Health Services Hawthorne as an administrative receptionist in February 2006. Prue is taking a year off from her veterinary studies in Sydney to live with her family in Brisbane and work full time. Her background in customer service and sales as well as her cheerful disposition make her a valued member of the Hawthorne team.
When time (and budget!) permits, Prue loves reading, traveling and spending time with her dog, Callie. |
